About Us...

Located in the heart of Newbury, David Jones and Charles Robinson joined forces in 1998 and opened our Newbury estate agents branch in Bartholomew Street with just 7 staff and a handful of properties. Since inception, the company has grown in stature to over 80 members of staff and five offices across West Berkshire, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

Newbury's Sales Director is Beth Rawcliffe, heading up the team of valuers who are assisted by an ever-growing team of sales consultants. Our Lettings division is managed by Lettings Manager Lucy Beasley and Head of Property Management & Lettings Operations Anna Hill. Chloe Morey is our Accounts Manager and Samantha Mitchell is Head of Admin & Compliance. Jo Woolley manages the group's Operations and Marketing functions.
